The aspirants are also needed to submit inked hardcopy/ printout of sempre-filled online operation form to the Office, University of Education, College Road Township Campus, Lahore. Fill online operation form precisely as no editing will be allowed after submission.
The campaigners applying for the post of Professor and Associate Professor are needed to submit six sets of hard clones of published On- Line Operation form along with six complete sets of witnesses/ exploration publications/ instrument of any distinction.
The aspirants are needed to publish system generated figure challan and deposit job operation processing figure as mentioned on challan in any branch of Bank of Punjab.
The aspirants are needed to attach and submit attested clones of CNIC, fireside, all educational documents/ instruments, experience instruments and any other applicable documents along-with deposit damage/ deposited system generated figure challan worth Rs. 2000/-for Sr. No. 1 to Sr. No. 10 and Rs.500/-for Sr. No. 11 to Sr. No. 13 on or before the ending date.
Operations submitted without deposited system generated figure challan won’t be entertained. Deposited quantum is non-refundable/non-transferable.
The campaigners applying for the post at Sr.No. 14 to Sr.No. 17 are needed to submit operation on the specified form along with complete sets of witnesses/ exploration publications/ instrument of any distinction. with bank draft of worth Rs. 500/- (non-refundable) outstanding to the Treasurer, University of Education, Lahore or deposit the quantum in the UE Account no. 6510033181400107.Any operation without original bank draft or having incorrect outstanding title or without deposit slip will not be entertained.
