Your tasks
We are seeking a proactive and commercially driven Affiliate Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to take ownership of our affiliate program and accelerate its growth across the UK for our Tom and Polly brands, Germany and Switzerland. This is a high-impact role where you will have the opportunity to shape strategy, scale partnerships, and deliver tangible results that directly contribute to our commercial success.
You will be responsible for the full affiliate lifecycle — from identifying and onboarding new partners, to nurturing long-term relationships and driving continuous performance improvements. Your work will play a critical role in expanding our reach, increasing brand visibility, and maximising ROI through innovative affiliate initiatives.
You will report directly into the Head of Partnerships and collaborate closely with our in-house creative, marketing, product, technology, and analytics teams. This cross-functional approach will allow you to leverage internal expertise, align campaigns with wider marketing goals, and ensure that affiliate activity integrates seamlessly with broader business objectives.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and is eager to make a measurable impact on business growth. You’ll have the autonomy to test new ideas, optimise campaigns, and build a world-class affiliate program, while being supported by a talented global marketing team.
Your Responsibilities:
Affiliate Recruitment & Onboarding
- Identify, approach, and onboard new affiliate partners across relevant verticals.
- Negotiate commission structures and promotional opportunities.
- Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for affiliate partners.
- Build strong, long-term relationships that foster trust and performance growth.
Campaign Management & Optimisation
- Develop and manage affiliate campaigns to align with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyse affiliate performance data, optimising for ROI.
- Provide affiliates with marketing assets, creative materials, and guidance to maximise performance.
- Tracking & Reporting
- Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and analysis of affiliate campaigns.
- Produce regular performance reports with actionable insights.
Compliance & Brand Protection
- Monitor affiliate activity to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Address fraudulent or unethical activity promptly.
Collaboration
- Work closely with cross departmental teams such as compliance, marketing, analytics and product to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Contribute ideas for promotions, partnerships, and growth opportunities.
What you bring
What you bring:
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing and/or partnerships (minimum 2–3 years in a similar role). Experience managing German markets is preferable.
- Familiarity with affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and performance marketing tools, in particular, Impact.
- Understanding of financial services regulatory responsibilities
- Results-driven, commercially focused, and comfortable working towards KPIs.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise performance.
Nice to have
- Bonus points if you’ve worked in lead generation or financial services.
- German language skills

The advertised position is compensated in accordance with our internal pay structure with a gross annual salary between €45,000 and €55,000, depending on qualifications and professional experience.
