JobsClix is an online job board that connects job seekers with employers. We aggregate job listings from multiple sources and allow employers to post jobs directly. Job seekers can search, filter, and apply to positions through our platform.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use the Service.

4. Job Listings

Many job listings on JobsClix are aggregated from third-party sources. We make reasonable efforts to ensure listing accuracy but do not guarantee:

• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any job listing.
• That a position is still open or available.
• The legitimacy of any employer or job posting.

Always verify job details directly with the employer before making career decisions.

5. Employer Responsibilities

Employers who post jobs on JobsClix agree to:

• Post only genuine, currently open positions.
• Provide accurate job descriptions, requirements, and compensation details.
• Comply with all applicable employment laws and anti-discrimination regulations.
• Not post misleading, fraudulent, or illegal job listings.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service in an automated manner.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, and code, is owned by JobsClix and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

JobsClixis provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms
