Punjab Safety Cities Authority was established in 2015. The purpose to establish this organization is to save the city, Control traffic, and vehicles through the video system. PSCA was established in the largest city of Punjab Lahore. Recently, PSCA has identified 2000 locations for installing more than 10,000 cameras for surveillance through a comprehensive survey.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Only Police Communication Officers already working in PPIC3 Centre, Lahore are entitled to apply on following terms & conditions:
- Graduation Transcript/Degree must be attested from HEC.
- Good conduct of PCO at PPIC3 Centre Lahore.
- Performance as PCO with PPIC3/PSCA shall be considerable.
- Each candidate can apply on only two positions.
Instructions:
- All aspirants may apply online through PSCA website www.psca.gop.pk/career/ till (21.06.2022) followed by submission of hard copy of online application form along with attested copies (one each) of Recent Passport Size Photograph, CNIC, Domicile, Educational Testimonials (Matric onwards) & Experience Certificates/Posting chart via courier to office of Punjab Safe Cities Authority (PSCA), Qurban Police Lines, Lahore within three (03) days after closing date of online application submission i.e. (24.06.2022).
- Hand-applied will not be entertained.
- The above-mentioned positions are of “All Pakistan Basis as per advertisement” and the applicants can be posted at any station in Pakistan.
- Applicants working in Government / Semi-Government Departments should apply through proper channel along with requisite N.O.C. from the competent authority
- Application on Plain Paper with attested photocopies of academic records le degrees certificates etc. and experience certificates, domicile, computerized ID card. A driving License and two recent photographs must be attached.
- Applicants must mention the Category (A to G) for which they are applying against the post.
- Separate application form for the separate post will be entertained.
- Incomplete applications or those received without an application on plain paper after the due date
- not be entertained and will be rejected.
- The recruitment will be made by the Contract Appointment Policy/ Recruitment Policy, 2004 amended dated 09/03/2022.
- After detailed scrutiny of applications, only shortlisted candidates shall be invited for test interviews through separate letters/ Card/SMS.
- No TA/DA. shall be admissible for test or interview.
- All the candidates shall be required to produce an original National Identity Card. domicile.
- The Department has the right to increase or decrease the number of posts or hot to fill any vacancy without any reason.
- The interviews can be canceled at any time.
- In case of a local holiday, the interview date will be communicated afresh.
